Description
Fuck You was created and produced by Ed Sanders, using a mimeograph machine in his apartment in Manhattan's Lower East Side. Sanders published 13 issues between 1962 and 1965, whilst also using his press to create other broadsides and manifestos. Among the many contributors to the magazine were Ray Bremser, Peter Orlovsky, Allen Ginsberg, Herbert Huncke, Frank O’Hara, Diane DiPrima, William Burroughs, Gary Snyder, and Gregory Corso, writing on themes including freedom, pacifism, drug use and sexual liberation.
