Creation/production credits: Costume reconstruction supervised by Barbara Forbes ; reconstruction of costumes by Betty Williams and Candace Chase ; lighting, Tony Tucci.

Venue: Videotaped in performance at the Wang Center for the Performing Arts, Boston, Massachusetts, on April 25, 1995, by LeCain/Charette Associates.
