Venue: Videotaped in performance in Massapequa, Long Island, New York, possibly on November 4, 1973.
Creation/production credits: Choreography: Marius Petipa, restaged by André Eglevsky, assisted by Ramon Segarra. Music: Peter Tchaikovsky. Scenery: Tom Shanton, Patricia Miuccio, and loans from Butler University. Costumes: Dosi Sorokin, and loans from Butler University.
Performers: Performed by members of the Eglevsky Ballet Company, probably Jane Miller (Aurora), Dermot Burke (Florimund), Deborah Weaver (Lilac fairy), Anna Aragno Diaz and Steven-Jan Hoff (Bluebird pas de deux), and others. Hudson Valley Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Edward Simons (?).
