Quite a number of the light-fingered gentry have been detected in their operations in and about the Palace....Particularly are the Crystal Palace police available in preventing this sort of depradation upon visitors and their instructions lead them to keep ever on the watch to detect the culprits, and bring them to justice."--from source text.
