Content: Printed on border: "Some waterproof garments introduced by Mr. Henry Heath, 107, Oxford-street, London, deserve special mention, as they are particularly suitable for this season of the year. 'Light as a feather' describes their weight, which is all but imperceptible; and they quite revolutionise, both in material and colours, the cloaks hitherto worn in wet weather."
