According to dealer Donald A. Heald's notes, issued in 1796 to accompany first edition of David Longworth's The American almanack, New-York register, and city directory. Cartographer thought to be J. Anderson, artist of views of buildings, cited in Stokes Iconography of Manhattan Island, 1498-1909. Relief shown by hachures. Shows wards. Includes "References."
