Content: Caption: The night dancers waltzes by Charles Coote. Music title- page.
Content: Depicts Carlotta Grisi (or Fanny Elssler) and Arthur Saint-Léon in Act II of Giselle. In the artist's version, the resting place is a grand mausoleum, pictured on the left. Moon-lit lake seen in the distance. Three Wilis form a background for the pas de deux. Giselle faces front, her hands folded in supplication, as Albrecht in profile reaches out to her.
