Venue: Videotaped for the Jerome Robbins Archive during a dress rehearsal at Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College on October 1988 by Character Generators, with the assistance of grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and New York State Council on the Arts.
Creation/production credits: Choreography: George Balanchine, restaged by Esmeralda Agoglia. Music: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Violin concerto no. 5 in A, K. 219). Scenery: Jay Depenbrock. Costumes: Charlotte Yetman. Lighting: Ralph Hoffman.
Performers: Performed by Tulsa Ballet Theatre and the Tulsa Philharmonic, conducted by Bernard Rubenstein. Violin solo: Marc Gottlieb.
