DescriptionChakar Lam Senior took over the Cymbals towards the end of this Dance - improving the overall tone and pace significantly. Pacham is one of the seven distinct dances belonging to the Dorling lineage. Chakar Lam says that in fact it should be dance of the heroines - as the head-dress distinguishes them as female - not male.
The Nabji Drup begins after dark with the entrance of the GAPO-LA - the oldest man - who carries a phallus and engages in lewd banter with the audience.
