Map of Green Bay of Lake Michigan, showing numerous soundings, obstacles to navigation, notes about shoreline and lake bottom conditions ("rocky," "clay," "soft," etc.), onshore settlements, and rivers flowing into the bay. Relief shown by hachures. Depths shown by soundings. Oriented with north to the right. Includes notes and inset elevation profile: Profile of the dividing ridge at Sturgeon Portage. Horizontal scale [1:12,000]. 1,000 ft. to 1 in. Vertical scale [1:240]. 20 ft. to 1 in.
