Description
Ron K. Brown sits next to a lake and is interviewed by an unnamed male interviewer. Brown discusses his childhood, growing up in Brooklyn, how his early life influenced his becoming a dancer and choreographer. Brown also discusses his visits to west Africa and the Ivory Coast, his dance influences, development of training programs in west Africa, and the role dance plays in culture and life. Near the end, Brown talks about Evidence Dance Company and the qualities Brown looks for in dancers.
