The above picture shows stands erected for guests and participants in the unveiling ceremonies ; The statue and stand, with speakers and guests. Gov. Odell, Mayor Low, Secretary Root, Archbishop Farley, Bishop Potter and many noted people were present. Secretary Root delivered the oration of the day ; Before the unveiling took place, showing guard and the statue draped in American flags. The unveiling was done by William T.
